Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

Requests for cancellation and refund must be made within 6 days from the date of enrollment. To be eligible for a refund, the student must not have accessed more than 10% of the purchased course or tutoring sessions.

Refund Procedure

Refund requests must include the student's name, enrollment details, reason for cancellation, and any supporting documentation, if applicable. Refund requests will be reviewed within 6 business days, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request. If your refund request is approved, it will be processed using the original method of payment within 6 business days. Any applicable fees, such as administrative or transaction fees, may be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Policy Exceptions

No refunds will be provided after the specified refund eligibility period has expired. Registration fees, administrative fees, and any other non-tuition charges are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for courses or tutoring sessions that have been accessed beyond 10% of the total content. Customized tutoring packages may be subject to different refund policies, as agreed upon during enrollment. Any promotional or discounted services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms and conditions.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a refund request, Bloom Tuition reserves the right to review the circumstances and make a final decision. Disputes not resolved through direct communication may be subject to mediation or arbitration as per applicable laws and regulations. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate the matter to our management team for further review. We are committed to resolving any disputes or concerns in a fair and timely manner.

Bloom Tuition operates in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing refunds, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other relevant legislation in India.
